This post is a week late as I wanted to collect all the photos from the testing & seminar before making it. Much fun and learning happened over the weekend of Oct 21-23.
One of the biggest stories is the promotion of, 9 year old, Alice Browne to Chodan (1st Dan black belt). She is a rarity. She started Taekwondo with her brother and father. She added training in Haidong Gumdo with her father after a couple years. Yes, she is one of the exceptions to the age rule at WTMA. She was allowed to start training while below the standard age because the family was training together.
