~Haedong Kumdo~
This organization has developed from 20+ years of Haedong Kumdo training and teaching. The curriculum has been developed to provide strong basics and in-depth study of techniques and applications. It includes single sword (kumdo), two sword (ssangkumdo), single short sword (waesu), sword dance, and Kimoo (meditative breathing).
